could you be among these perhaps? Maybe your agency is wanting to confirm until they have the file in hand?
I join in your confusion. It is hard to watch another family with our agency who was logged in 3 months after us get a referral for a boy with my husband's birthday, who falls into the age range we requested. So, it is very clear that they are NOT going in order-- super frustrating. But we know our son will be worth the wait, so we're hanging in there. That's much harder to do for a first child so I feel your pain.

We also feel your pain. We were the first family logged in with our agency which received referrals on our daughter's birthday! They received 6 of 10
referrals for their 2009 families but we were not one of them. It was a difficult day but we are excited to hear that more referrals may be coming. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!
