We miss you so much.

I think of you every day. Every hour. Most every minute.

We're doing everything we can short of moving heaven and earth to get you home. And if we could find a way, we'd move heaven and earth, too.

We hope you're safe, and warm, and happy. And I hope blue bear reminds you of us. We'll be there soon...as soon as we possibly can, and maybe even sooner.

Love, your mommy, daddy and brother Jackson.

I look on your blog every day and was so deflated every time I saw that rope! Feeling so freaked out for you that it seems there is no new news. It is just all so ugly. I hope you are getting updates, at least. I am sure he is being very loved and cared for. Hang on and feel free to email anytime you need to do a major vent. I know I owe you one. Jen

If I learned one thing in Ethiopia it was that they love thier children...he is safe. I also know that being a mother you will never feel that he is safe untill he his in your arms. Hold tight and strong that he will be in your arms again. We are all praying for your family.

Anne- I too check here daily and felt the same way when the rope pic kept coming up! You must be so frustrated. I am sorry I can offer you nothing more than kind words and reassurance that this WILL happen and he is OK until you get there... Keep the faith my blog friend.

I check in here every few days. I'm feeling hopeful for you all. HOPE--it's a powerful thing that only the strong can wield. You're doing it. Can't wait to see you all together!

I am so sorry you are going through this, you will be together soon and someday it will be a distant memory as you watch him ride his bike or giggle with Jackson. Wish there was something we could do to help but we are here.
